Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted.
